Pirate Day!
To finish the term and to cement their learning of the class topic, 'Under the Sea', Ladybird class came to school as pirates this Friday!
Combining maths planning to read the treasure map, solving the phonics clues to deciper the location of the treasure and walking the plank, having buit their own ship in class, this was an exciting day that resulted in locating the treasure that 'Blackbeard' had hidden! It contained gold coins... and chocolate!
