Please use the link below, to understand more about the year 4 multiplication checks that take place for all pupils in year 4 at primary school.
The purpose of the check is to determine whether your child can fluently recall their times tables up to 12, which is essential for future success in mathematics. It will also help your child’s school to identify if your child may need additional support.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. More information will be sent out nearer the time and as always, your support in helping your child with their homework is appreciated.
Epiphany, also known as Three Kings' Day, is a Christian feast day that celebrates the revelation of God in His Son as human in Jesus Christ. It is held on the 12th day after Christmas Day, this year the 6th January, and also marks the arrival of the Three Kings to the stable of Bethlehem.
Our Mass in church today was led by Year 5 and it was wonderful to see so many parents join with the school and the local congregation in celebrating this very special day.
We have our final open event for parents of children starting school in September 2023, this Thursday 5th January at 1.30pm.
We would love to share our wonderful school with you so please do not hesitate to contact the school (01732843047) to book a place.
If you are able to join us on the 5th, please do call to see if we can arrange a more suitable time. We look forward to meeting you!
